While other companies may not talk to you because you're not a Fortune 500 company, we understand the needs of personal users as well as small to mid-sized companies. We service neighborhoods we live in and we realize that everybody is good in what they do, but not necessary in computers!  On the other hand, we are also good in what we do and it happened to be computers...

Whether you need strategic technology solutions for your business network or repairs and upgrades at home, PC Assistant is always ready to help you.  Our technicians are trained to optimize the performance of your computer systems - anytime, anywhere.  This is the way we do business:

• We will come to you home or office for free consultation, conduct a fact-finding interview session to determine your computer or network needs.
• We will patiently explain the work we will need to do and provide you with estimate of the fees for the services prior to starting the work.
• We will conduct the work on site or disconnect your PC and bring it to our repair facility. If additional problems are discovered that require additional parts and/or labor, you are consulted first to authorize the work.
• We will test the computer to make sure it is operated the best way it can.
• We will reconnect your PC (if needed), demonstrate the work and take the time needed to answer your questions.
